Join us at Chateau Luxe for a complimentary, exclusive preliminary consultation with our expert estheticians. Together, you’ll explore which facial treatment complements your unique skin type and personal skin care goals. During this intimate and detailed session, you’ll have the opportunity to virtually try on a variety of eyelash extension styles, allowing you to confidently choose the perfect look before making your commitment to scheduling an appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Our lash consultations are a complimentary service from us to help best assist you in choosing which services are best fit for you. Due to the nature of this service, we do require a non-refundable $50 fee that will be charged to your card on file if you want to reschedule and/or cancel without a 48 hour advanced notice. Any no shows will also be charged $50. We allow all of our clients a 10 minute grace period for being late to their appointment. If you are more then 10 minutes late, your appointment will be forfeited and a new appointment must be made for a rescheduled date/time as we will be unable to service you due to insufficient time to complete your service.
